How a hire works
From request to kick-off
Request or offer
The organizer asks you for their match, or you offer yourself in one that needs a keeper.
The other side accepts
Nobody accepts their own request: if they ask you, you answer; if you offer, the organizer answers.
Agreement
In the open beta in-app payments are not active yet: payment is agreed between people, outside PARCHUP.
You play and it goes on your record
Your confirmed attendance and the finished match are recorded.

What you charge is yours
Your rate for playing in goal is set by you and goes to you. Once payments are switched on, PARCHUP will charge its commission per hire separately, with 100% off during the Founders’ promotion (terms and validity to be confirmed); the promotion never discounts your money. During the open beta in-app payments are not active yet. See pricing.

What people ask us
Do I need to be a professional goalkeeper?
No. PARCHUP is for amateur football: what matters is that you show up, play with energy and behave with respect.
Can I play outfield and in goal?
Yes. You can join matches as a regular player and, separately, offer yourself as a keeper in others. In the same match you can’t hold both roles at once.
What if I can’t make it?
Let them know and cancel in the app as early as possible so the organizer can find a replacement. No-shows affect your reliability.
Who sees my information?
Organizers see your public profile (name, photo, position, level, approximate area and history). They never see your email or emergency contact.
Do I have to fill in the form to use the app?
No. You can enter the beta and go available today. The form is so we can contact you if you’d like a hand getting started.
