What PARCHUP will charge, and what it won’t
Once payments are switched on, PARCHUP will charge a commission per seat, per hire, per booking and for memberships. The match contribution is set by the captain and goes to them. You’ll always see it separately.
Open beta: simulated payments, no real charges
During the open beta PARCHUP doesn’t charge or process payments in the app. In the app you can see a seat’s reference breakdown and try a simulated payment (“Así funcionará el pago”): the receipt reads “Simulated · no money moved” and your payment to the organizer stays as it was. The PARCHUP commission is not defined yet: we’ll publish it here, with its amount and terms, before charging anything. Nothing is charged in the beta.

Set by the captain or organizer (for example, each player’s share of the pitch rent) and it goes to them.

Will depend on the payment method you choose among those enabled once payments are switched on; we’ll announce them then. The captain doesn’t set it.
Founders’ promotion
100% off, only on the PARCHUP commission
The promotion doesn’t touch the captain’s, venue’s or goalkeeper’s money, nor the payment-processing cost.

What people ask most
How much does it cost to play a match?
What you pay has three parts: the match contribution set by the captain (for example, the pitch), the PARCHUP commission per seat and the payment-processing cost. During the Founders’ promotion the PARCHUP commission has 100% off.
Can I pay in the app already?
Not yet. During the open beta in-app payments are not active: amounts you see are for reference and any payment is agreed between people, outside PARCHUP. You can try a simulated payment to see how it will work: no money moves.
Does the Founders’ promotion make the match cost nothing?
No. It takes 100% off the PARCHUP commission. The match contribution and the payment-processing cost are paid as usual.
Who decides the match contribution?
The captain or organizer. PARCHUP doesn’t set it and that money goes to whoever organizes (for example, to pay for the pitch or the goalkeeper).
How much is the PARCHUP commission?
The PARCHUP commission is not defined yet. We’ll publish it on this page, with its amount and terms, before charging anything; nothing is charged in the beta. The app will always show you the full breakdown before you pay.

PARCHUP will never ask you to pay by chat or for passwords. If someone does so on PARCHUP’s behalf, report it.
