What is PARCHUP?
A platform to find and organize amateur football matches in Medellín: spots, teams, lineups, goalkeepers and the best match moments in one place. We start with football and the platform is built to add more sports.
Where can I use it?
In the browser at beta.parchup.com (install it from the browser menu with “Install app” or “Add to home screen”), on your phone or your computer. Web version available · Android and iOS coming soon: until the store apps arrive, the web version works in any phone browser. The app is in Spanish for now.
How much does it cost to play a match?
What you pay for a seat has three parts: the match contribution, set by the captain or organizer and paid to them (for example, the pitch); the PARCHUP commission per seat; and the payment-processing cost, which depends on the method. The PARCHUP commission is not defined yet: we’ll publish it on Memberships and pricing before charging anything. Nothing is charged in the beta.
Can I pay in the app already?
Not yet. During the open beta in-app payments are not active: amounts you see are for reference and any payment is agreed between people, outside PARCHUP. In the app you can try a simulated payment (“Así funcionará el pago”): no money moves.
What is the Founders’ promotion?
100% off only the PARCHUP commission (per seat, hire or booking). It doesn’t discount the match contribution, the captain’s, venue’s or goalkeeper’s money, or the payment-processing cost. Its validity, eligibility and full terms are still to be confirmed and will be published before payments are switched on. See the promotion.
How do I join a match?
Find a match in the list or on the map, check venue, time, level, spots and match contribution, and tap “Unirme” (Join). Depending on the match you’re in right away or the organizer accepts your request. More in Find matches.
How do I report someone?
With the Report a user form. Give only their username and what happened; a person on the team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Delete account. Without the app: send a request via Privacy and data with your account email. Either way you get a case number and the team carries out the deletion, except what the law requires us to keep. Details in Account deletion (Spanish).
I sent a request. How do I see how it’s going?
When you send a form you get a case number and an access code. With both you can check your case and see the team’s replies.

With your case number and access code you can see the status and the team’s replies.
Delete your account

Ready for the next match?
Open beta: create your account at beta.parchup.com, right from your browser. While we test, in-app payments are not active yet.
