Teams · Clubs coming soon

Your team organized today; the club call-up, coming soon

In the beta you can already create your team, build the roster and repeat your weekly match. If you play 9 or 11-a-side with a regular group, you know how hard it is to fill an 18-person call-up: we’re building clubs so that list sorts itself out. Clubs are not active yet.

Coming soon: clubs are not active yet

The clubs and recurring call-ups module is being built and has no committed date. Cards marked “Coming soon” describe how it will work, and the example call-up uses made-up data. Everything under “Today you can” works in the open beta.

How clubs will work

Built for teams that play often: a typical 9 or 11-a-side call-up gathers about 18 people across starters, goalkeepers and bench.

  • Coming soon

    Recurring call-up

Your team as a club: the call-up for your usual match opens by itself every week, with day, time and venue.

  • Coming soon

    Starters

Confirmed players within the field spots. First come or picked by the captain, depending on the club’s rule.

  • Coming soon

    Goalkeepers

A separate list: the keeper doesn’t take a field spot unless the captain moves them.

  • Coming soon

    Bench

Confirmed above the field spots: they come, rotate and are on the list.

  • Coming soon

    Substitutes and waitlist

When the list is full you go on the waitlist, in order. If someone drops out, the first one moves up or the captain chooses.

  • Coming soon

    Drop-outs

Whoever withdraws is recorded with the time. Too close to the match counts as a late drop.

  • Coming soon

    Captain approval

If the captain prefers, each request waits for approval before joining the list.

  • Coming soon

    Priority for regulars

For a while only regular members can sign up; then it opens to guests with the link.

  • Coming soon

One tap to share the call-up with its link in your group, community or channel. PARCHUP doesn’t read your groups: the list lives in PARCHUP.

Example

What an 18-person call-up would look like

11-a-side: 10 field starters, 2 goalkeepers and 6 on the bench, plus the waitlist, one request awaiting approval and the drop-outs.

Coming soon · step by step

How it will work

  1. Create your club

Set up your usual match: format, day, time, venue and how many field, goalkeeper and bench spots you need.

  2. Open and share the call-up

It opens by itself every week or whenever you want, and you share it on WhatsApp with the link.

  3. Your people sign up

Everyone ends up as starter, goalkeeper, bench or on the waitlist, depending on spots and your approval.

  4. Close the list and play

Before the match you close the list. If someone drops out, the next one on the waitlist moves up.

Questions

About clubs

Are clubs available yet?

Not yet. The clubs and call-ups module is being built, with no committed date. Today you can create your team with its roster, schedule recurring matches and share them on WhatsApp in the open beta. See the captain guide.

Does PARCHUP read or manage my WhatsApp group?

No. PARCHUP doesn’t read or manage WhatsApp groups, communities or channels. It will only help you share the call-up link; the list and confirmations live in PARCHUP.

How much will it cost?

There is no price for clubs. During the open beta in-app payments are not active yet, and before charging any commission we’ll publish it on Memberships and pricing.

If the beta is open, will anyone see my club’s call-up?

No. Open beta means anyone can create an account, not that everything is public. Private matches already stay out of discovery and only reach people who get the organizer’s invitation or link, and a private club’s call-ups, once they arrive, will only be visible to its members and to whoever gets the captain’s link.

Is this the same as the academies page?

No. Clubs are for teams and groups that play often. Football academies and schools have their own proposal, also in design: Academies and clubs.

  • No commitment or payments.
