Guide for venues and facilities

If you run a pitch or a sports facility in Medellín, this is what you can do with PARCHUP today, without installing anything and at no cost. The app is in Spanish for now: screen names are shown as they appear.

How your venue shows up

  • Organizers pick your venue, or add it with its name, address and map location, when they create a match.
  • Each venue has its own page in the app with its pitches and the upcoming matches played there, plus a «Crear partido aquí» (create a match here) button.
  • The link the organizer shares on WhatsApp carries your venue’s name.

Check it’s right

  1. Enter the beta

    Open beta.parchup.com and continue with Google.

  2. Find your venue

    In «Jugar», on the map, find your venue and open its page.

  3. Tell us what to fix

    If the name, address or location is wrong, write to us with the venues and partners form saying what needs to change.

Use it with your captains

  • Groups that already play at your venue can create their match there and save it as a recurring match, at the same time every week.
  • Share your rules (cancellation, punctuality, what the slot includes) with captains from the start. Ideas in how to fill your venue’s empty time slots.

Let’s talk

  1. Leave your details

    With the venues form or in the app: «Perfil» › «Configuración» › «Quiero ser aliado de PARCHUP» (become a partner). Give at least an email or a phone number.

  2. Keep your reference

    When you send it you get a reference for your request.

  3. We contact you

    The PARCHUP team writes to you using the details you left, to get to know your venue.

What PARCHUP doesn’t do today

  • It doesn’t handle bookings or collect rent: organizers still book and pay you directly.
  • It charges venues nothing: no venue commission or membership has been approved.
  • It doesn’t share players’ personal data with venues or partners.
  • Tools for venues are in design, with no committed date.
