Create your account

1. Open the beta

   Go to beta.parchup.com in your phone or computer browser. If you like, install it from the browser menu with “Install app” or “Add to home screen”.

2. Continue with Google

   We only use your name, verified email and photo. The first time, you accept the beta’s legal notice.

3. Complete your profile

   In «Perfil» (profile) pick your positions, strong foot, level and approximate area. That way organizers know who they’re playing with. Your address is never shown.

Find a match and join

1. Search in «Jugar»

   «Jugar» (play) shows nearby matches as a list or on a map, with venue, time, format, level, open spots and match contribution. Turn on location to see what’s close and adjust the distance in the filters.

2. Check before joining

   Look at the level, who organizes and the contribution the organizer set. Example matches carry the DEMO mark: they only show how it works and you can’t join them.

3. Tap «Unirme»

   «Unirme» (join): pick the position you’ll play that day, or join without one. Depending on the match you’re in right away or the organizer accepts your request.

4. Follow your matches

   The «Partidos» (matches) tab has your upcoming matches, your requests and your history.

If you can’t make it

• Leave the match in the app as early as possible: your spot opens up for someone else.
• Leaving close to kick-off counts as a late cancellation in your reliability, and not showing up without notice affects it too.
• If the organizer removes you from the match, it doesn’t affect your reliability and you can ask to join again.

Mark yourself available

So organizers who need players can find you.

1. Open «Disponible»

   «Disponible» (available): choose «Quiero jugar» (I want to play) and your positions.

2. Say when you can play

   Now, today, tonight or a custom window, and the radius in kilometres that works for you.

3. Publish

   Nearby organizers see you and can invite you. Extend or remove your availability whenever you want.

After the match

• The organizer finishes the match with attendance, the result and, optionally, the goals.
• You can vote for the MVP and highlight teammates: good game, fair play, good teammate or punctuality.
• You can upload photos or videos to «Momentos del partido» (match moments), only if everyone who appears agrees. Depending on the match, the organizer reviews them before others see them.
• On your profile, the «Centro de recompensas» (rewards center) shows your honorary badges and points. They are recognitions: not money or balance.

Match money

• During the beta in-app payments are not active yet: you pay the contribution to the organizer however they say, outside PARCHUP.
• From a match you can open «Así funcionará el pago» (how payment will work) and make a simulated payment: no money moves and your payment doesn’t change.
• PARCHUP will never ask you to pay by chat or for passwords. If someone does, report it.

Safety and account

• From someone else’s profile you can report or block them. If you block someone, you can’t invite each other or send requests.
• Your emergency contact is optional and only you see it.
• To delete your account: «Perfil» › «Configuración» › «Eliminar cuenta», or request it here.
